I don’t know about you, but I feel like I went to sleep and woke up to August. I can’t believe summer is almost over, and it’s back to school time.

This summer has been a struggle for me in making sure I get in my exercise and stay on top of my healthy eating.  I have been getting to the gym a lot more, but it seems like every time I turn around, there is a BBQ or Pool Party, and it’s hard to stay on track.  I decided that if I wanted to be able to enjoy these events (in moderation, of course), I needed to work it off by doing enough exercise to counteract the “treats” of summer.  I only wish I knew about these bracelets sooner!
